Caroline graduated cum laude as a tax lawyer. She was senior partner at Deloitte where she spent 31 years, first as a broad-based tax advisor, and in later years with a focus on Executive Compensation and Boardroom advisory, with strong emphasis on ESG. During her career, Caroline has built a large network of influential directors and supervisory board members.
