Caroline Zegers
Caroline graduated cum laude as a tax lawyer. She was senior partner at Deloitte where she spent 31 years, first as a broad-based tax advisor, and in later years with a focus on Executive Compensation and Boardroom advisory, with strong emphasis on ESG. While at Deloitte, she held various management and board positions, and led their Supervisory Board and Executive Women programs. In this role, Caroline successfully facilitated the journey of many female talents to the board room. She left Deloitte in 2022 to focus on her own board roles, and to provide advice on governance, remuneration and ESG. Her clients continue to be larger companies in the Netherlands, both listed and family businesses. One of her current roles is head of Executive Compensation within NN Group. During her career, Caroline has built a large network of influential directors and supervisory board members.

In her spare time, Caroline likes reading, skiing, weekend trips with family and friends, and having long dinners with nice conversations.
Anne Marie Wieman
Anne Marie is the current publisher and CEO of Management Scope. Prior to the succession of Walter Vesters, she spent 12 years at Deloitte in various roles, including risk consultancy and business development. In her global roles, she has worked in many geographies with as many cultures. During her last years at Deloitte, Anne Marie was the lead for Deloitte boardroom programs (executive and non-executive) for the most strategic clients and executive training offerings.
In her spare time, Anne Marie loves to play tennis, to explore new cultures and she is an avid cook who enjoys hosting dinner parties.
Walter Vesters
Walter is the founder and former publisher of Management Scope, the pre-eminent business magazine in The Netherlands for the last 25 years. In addition to articles on the management challenges of today, the magazine publishes yearly rankings of the most influential non-executives, the top-100 Corporate Women and the top-50 next-generation Board members. The magazine also hosts master classes for Board committees, and an annual debate and dinner event for the top-100 non-exec board members in the Netherlands. Through his work, Walter has developed a strong understanding of the talent pipeline in the Netherlands, including non-traditional Board room candidates, and is often sought out for his perspectives and advice by executives on their path to the board.

In his spare time Walter can be found in the forest at the Veluwe, where he rides his horse and his mountain bike, and works as a volunteer on the maintenance of the trails.
